Design & management
Victoria has spent nine years designing and running holiday cottages, and now offers that expertise to owners. Bring us a property and we will prepare it beautifully, then manage it as a holiday let or hand it to you to run yourself.
Design, start to finish
Concept, layout, palette, furnishings and the finishing touches, created in alignment with the Love Home Stays brand.
Managed for you, or by you
Have the whole project delivered and managed for you, or take the concept and run the work yourself.
Holiday letting, done properly
Your home is hosted, not let out to tenants, no long tenancies, no arrears, no late night calls.
Show home condition
Your home is kept in show home condition throughout, with minor maintenance carried out promptly.
Management
Once your cottage is designed, we can run it for you, bookings, guests, housekeeping and upkeep, to hotel standards and in show home condition throughout. Management is offered on agreed terms, set out with you before any work begins.
Tell us a little about your property using the form above and Victoria will be in touch.
